Photographer Lauren Stewart captured dozens of photos during our two days at the Neighborhood Resource Center in the Greater Fulton community. Peter Fraser and I spent time with neighborhood leaders, residents and local experts sketching on maps as we began to shape a visual framework for a community vision for this slice of Richmond's East End.
