An interactive online workshop
This virtual workshop, based on The Ken Blanchard Companies’ best-selling book The New One Minute Manager, introduces the mindset, core conversations, and communication skills managers need to build positive relationships with their teams. Participants will learn the four key skills and four core conversations they can use as a framework for fostering trust during disruption and change. After exploring this framework, participants will understand the concrete tools they can rely on to enhance the quality and depth of their interactions — techniques the can begin to deploy right away to be more supportive of their teams.
