An interactive online workshop

In this virtual workshop, we will explore how to leverage the skill of emotional intelligence (EI) in order to lead through uncertainty and change in the workplace. The EI model is made up of four components: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management. You’ll assess your strengths and opportunities in these four areas, and you’ll leave with an understanding of what concrete steps you can take to practice EI as you and your team navigate an ever-changing landscape.
