Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Leaders is a free half-day workshop for nonprofit professionals. The workshop is designed to introduce emerging nonprofit leaders to the key process steps in an effective strategic planning effort, and the questions that should be asked (and answered) before and during the process. In this interactive session, participants will deepen their understanding of both strategic planning and their organization's capacity to more effectively plan for the future.
